Ok so i've seen that a lot of people on here don't know how to change their profile pictures, and are asking for help so rather than replying to all of them, i decided to post a forum for it. To be honest, that's really all i know how to do on here so far because i just joined like yesterday too.
So first you click the button at you top that says profile. it's on the gray and white bar and it's really hard to see. click that and then you get your profile. there are tabs at the top of your profile, and there's one that says profile picture or picture or something and then you just upload the pic. you want to be your profile picture.
